We connect your marketplaces, your own store, your ERP, your spreadsheets, your ads, your logistics and your finance so the data moves on its own. No more carrying numbers from one screen to another.
How we do it
Your systems talk to each other through whatever door each one opens: an API, a database, or a file dropped on a schedule. We build the flow that fits your stack instead of forcing your stack into a template — and when a platform simply does not expose what you need, we say that up front and look for the next best route.
The goal is plain: the information arrives where your team works, in the shape they need, with nobody retyping it.
What usually gets connected
Marketplaces and your own store: orders, fees, cancellations and returns.
Stock, invoicing and finance, so the order does not get retyped.
The sheet your team actually trusts, kept current without anybody pasting into it.
Spend per campaign next to the sales it produced, in the same table.
Labels, tracking and delivery status flowing back into the order.
What each channel paid against what it owed, line by line.
Working with us from abroad
Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.
We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.
Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.
Talk to Navega
Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.
Frequently asked
That is assessed case by case, by the path the platform allows — API, database or file. We check what your systems expose before anyone promises a connection.
Because each system counts different lines of the same sale: one includes buyer-paid shipping, another nets out the fee, another books the return in a different period. An integration does not fix that by itself — agreeing which definition wins is part of the work.
No. A hub is a product you subscribe to and fit your operation into. This is work built around the operation you already have.
