Five ways to take work off your team.

You do not have to pick one up front. We look at the operation, find where the time and the money are leaking, and say which of the five actually answers it — often starting with a single routine.

In short

What it is
The five fronts Navega works on: routine automation with workflows and AI agents, integrations between the systems you already run, dashboards with real margin, software built around your process, and websites and landing pages.
Who it is for
Operations where information is retyped from one screen into another, or where the number for the same sale is different in every system you open.
What it delivers
A recommendation first, then the build. Which of the five fronts fits, what it touches, which rules and approval points are yours, and what the result looks like in the tools your team already opens.
What it is not
None of the five is a product off a shelf, and none has a list price or a fixed timeline. We do not sell licences, infrastructure or ad management.

The five fronts

Each one starts with a job leaving your team's hands.

How to choose

The question that picks the front for you.

Does the task repeat, with a clear rule? Then it is automation. Start at Automation & AI.
Is the same information typed into two systems? Then it is an integration. Start at Integrations.
Does the number exist, but nobody can see it in time? Then it is a dashboard. Start at Dashboards.
Does the tool you pay for force a manual detour every day? Then it is custom software. Start at Custom software.
Is every sale coming from somebody else's channel? Then it is your own channel. Start at Websites and landing pages.

Working with us from abroad

We are a Brazilian team, and that is the point.

Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.

We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

One thing we will not hide

Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.

Talk to Navega

Is there a part of your operation that still depends on somebody pulling it together by hand?

Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.

We use your data only to answer this request, as described in our privacy policy (in Portuguese).

Frequently asked

What people ask before they get in touch.

Which of the five should I start with?

Usually the one that is costing a person's day right now. If you are not sure, describe the routine and we will say which front it belongs to — including when the honest answer is that none of them is worth it yet.

Can you do more than one at a time?

Yes, and they often come together: an integration feeds a dashboard, an automation runs on top of both. We still scope them separately so you can stop after the first one if it is enough.

Do you work with clients outside Brazil?

Yes. The work is remote, in English or Portuguese. We are a Brazilian company on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe.
