Navega · automation, integrations and artificial intelligence
We take the work that does not need a person off your team's hands. Marketplaces, your own store, your ERP and your spreadsheets talking to each other on your rules, while you look at the numbers and decide.
Where your team's day goes
Somebody downloads a report from every channel and pastes it into a sheet, every day.
An integration reads the orders and the fees and writes them where you already work.
Stitch exports together, check the formulas, redo the chart, present it late.
Sales, margin, stock and ad spend in one place that nobody has to rebuild.
Order by order, channel by channel, with a typo somewhere in the middle.
The integration fires on the event, with nobody in between.
The same question, dozens of times, pulling the team off the work that matters.
Rules and approval points are yours; a person steps in when the case actually needs one.
Commission, fixed fee, shipping, returns: nobody knows whether the amount that landed was right.
What landed in the account against what should have landed.
What we do
You can start with a single routine. Automate what repeats, connect what already exists, see what matters, or build what does not come off a shelf.
Takes off your team the task that repeats every day.

We map the process, the tools and where the time or the money is leaking.
We define the flow, the integrations, the rules, the approval points and the numbers to watch.
We develop, integrate and test against real cases from your operation.
After it goes live we watch how it is used and where it can do more.
Who this is for
Orders, fees, stock and payouts moving between channels on their own.
Reporting, pricing and alerts automated, so the roster grows without the headcount.
ERP, price lists and orders in one flow instead of three.
AI agents that clear the repetitive questions and hand the team only the exception.
Working with us from abroad
Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.
We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.
Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.
Ready-made
One product on our shelf travels in English: you send a spreadsheet of your sales for the period and the real margin comes back as a written report. The rest of the shelf was built for Brazilian marketplaces and Brazilian fees, so it stays in Portuguese.
Talk to Navega
Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.
Frequently asked
Automation, integrations, dashboards and custom software that take the work that does not need a person off your team's hands, in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
No. We connect and automate the tools you already run. ERPs and marketplace hubs are things we integrate with, not things we compete with.
Services have no list price: scope and price come out of looking at your operation. The one ready-made product we sell in English is the margin report, at US$ 19 per month (R$ 39,90 if you pay in Brazilian reais).
No. The work starts with the systems already running in your operation. Replacing one only comes up if it solves a problem you already have.
