Tell us the task your team repeats.

You do not need a brief or a budget to start the conversation. One paragraph about the routine that eats the day is enough for us to say which of the five fronts it belongs to — or that it does not belong to any of them.

In short

What it is
The way to reach Navega: a short form, email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn. Whichever you use, the first answer comes from a person.
Who it is for
Anyone running an online operation who wants a read on what can be automated, connected, measured or built — including people who only want to know whether it is worth doing at all.
What it delivers
A reply by email or WhatsApp saying which of the five fronts fits your case, what it would touch, and what we would need to see to scope it.
What it is not
Not a quote generator and not a sales sequence. We do not send a price before seeing the operation, and nothing is charged for the conversation.

Talk to Navega

Is there a part of your operation that still depends on somebody pulling it together by hand?

Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.

We use your data only to answer this request, as described in our privacy policy (in Portuguese).

Useful to know

What to tell us, and what comes back.

What to tell us

  • which channels you sell on, and roughly how much volume;
  • which ERP, spreadsheet or tool manages stock and orders today;
  • the routine that costs the most time right now;
  • whether the problem is time, data or not being able to see the margin.

What comes back

  • a written answer from a person, not an automated sequence;
  • which of the five fronts fits your case — or that none of them does;
  • what we would need to see in order to scope it;
  • no price before we have looked at the operation.

Other ways

If a form is not your thing.

WhatsApp

+55 11 97865-1766 — text is better than a call, and it reaches a person.

What happens next

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

You describe the routine.What the task is, who does it, how often, and which systems it touches. A paragraph is plenty.
We say which front it is — or that it is none.In writing, with what we would need to see next. This part costs nothing.
If it is worth doing, we scope it.Scope and price in writing before any work starts. Nothing begins on a handshake.

Working with us from abroad

We are a Brazilian team, and that is the point.

Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.

We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

One thing we will not hide

Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they get in touch.

What should I put in the form?

The routine that costs the most time, in your own words. Which task, who does it, how often, and which systems it touches. You do not need to know the answer — that is our part.

Does the first conversation cost anything?

No. Looking at the routine and telling you which front it belongs to is free, including when the answer is that nothing should be built.

Can we talk in English?

Yes. English or Portuguese, for calls, documents and the work itself. We are on Brasília time (UTC−3).
