A panel that keeps itself current with sales, real margin, stock, returns and ad spend. Instead of someone stitching exports together and checking formulas, the number is already there when you open it.
How we do it
Most panels stop at revenue and gross margin, which is why they cannot answer the only question that matters: what was actually left over, per product and per channel. We build the panel around the full line list — commission, fixed fees, shipping, tax, cost, packaging, returns and ad spend — so the margin on the screen is the margin in the bank.
It lives in the tool your team already opens every day. A panel nobody opens is a report with extra steps.
What goes on it
Which items carry the operation and which ones quietly cost money.
The same product rarely earns the same on two channels. This is where you see it.
System against counted, in units and in money, with a reorder flag at the level you set.
What they cost, and which products keep coming back.
Next to the sales it produced, not in a separate tab.
What landed against what should have landed, per channel.
Working with us from abroad
Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.
We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.
Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.
Talk to Navega
Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.
Frequently asked
An ERP shows revenue and gross margin, but usually not the real profit per product: channel fees, ad spend and returns are not in its margin line.
Google Sheets, Power BI or a web panel. We pick by which tool your team already opens every day, not by which one we prefer.
Yes, and that is the point: the same product usually earns a different margin on each channel, because the fee structure is different.
