About

Built by people who ran the operation.

Navega came out of an e-commerce operation, not out of a consulting deck. The work we sell is the work we had to do ourselves: get the data to move, find out what was actually left over, and stop paying a person to retype a number.

In short

What it is
Navega Soluções Digitais is a Brazilian technology company based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, working with e-commerce and marketplace operations.
Who it is for
Operations where information still moves because somebody carries it: sellers on several channels, agencies, brands, distributors and service businesses.
What it delivers
Three things we are actually good at, in this order: operations, automation and data. Everything we sell sits on one of the three.
What it is not
We are not an agency selling hours, not a software vendor selling seats and not a course. We do not promise revenue, we do not quote a price before seeing the operation, and we say when a job is not worth doing.

Why we exist

Somebody has to be the one who knows where the money went.

In most online operations that person exists, works late, and keeps the answer in a spreadsheet only they understand. Meanwhile the fees change, a channel adjusts a rule, a return lands in the wrong month, and the margin everyone believed in turns out to be something else.

We build the part that makes that unnecessary: the data moves on its own, the number is already calculated, and the people go back to deciding things. That is the whole idea, and it is why the tagline is the plainest sentence we could write — less effort, more profit.

Three specialities

What we are actually good at.

Operations

More than ten years inside e-commerce and marketplace operations. We know which step breaks, because we have been the ones doing it by hand.

Automation

More than five years building with artificial intelligence and workflow tooling — including the part most people skip, deciding where a machine must stop and ask.

Data

Getting to the real margin: the full line list, per product and per channel, in a form somebody will actually open.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend.

No number without a source. If we cannot say where a figure came from and when we checked it, it does not go on a page, in a report or in a proposal.
We say what we cannot do.Including when a platform does not expose what you need, and when the honest recommendation is to keep the tool you already pay for.
Nothing runs unattended without your line. How far the automation goes, and where it stops for a human, is your decision, written down.
Your data stays yours. You keep the accounts, the domain and the access. Nothing we build locks you to us.

Working with us from abroad

We are a Brazilian team, and that is the point.

Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.

We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

One thing we will not hide

Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.

Talk to Navega

Is there a part of your operation that still depends on somebody pulling it together by hand?

Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.

We use your data only to answer this request, as described in our privacy policy (in Portuguese).

Frequently asked

What people ask before they get in touch.

Where is Navega based?

Caraguatatuba, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The work is remote and the working day runs on Brasília time (UTC−3).

What languages do you work in?

English and Portuguese, for calls, documents and the deliverables themselves.

How big is the team?

Small on purpose, and we would rather not dress that up: it means the people who scope your work are the people who do it, and it means we take on fewer projects at a time than a larger shop would.
