Only what you type into the forms:
Along with it goes a technical record of which form you used and the date it was sent. For people who are just browsing, the website records an anonymous count of visits and pages opened (using the built-in analytics of Vercel, which hosts the website, with no cookies and without identifying anyone). None of this becomes a contact or is linked to you.
To contact you about the review of your operation, the calculator, or the services, and to keep a record of that conversation. The legal basis under the LGPD is your consent, together with preliminary steps toward a contract that you yourself requested.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or pass on your contact information. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Contacts are kept in a database managed by Navega, hosted on Supabase, on a server in Brazil. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps technical access logs for as long as the platform determines.
For as long as the conversation and the business relationship last. If you ask us to remove it, we delete it.
Under the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13.709/2018), you can, at any time: see what data Navega has; correct anything that is wrong; delete your data and withdraw your consent; and find out who it was shared with (in the website's case, no one).
How to request removal: write to contato@navega.tec.br with "please delete my data" and the email address you used. We will confirm through the same channel once it is done, free of charge and without asking for a reason.
The website is aimed at businesses and the people who make decisions in them. Navega does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If it happens by mistake, let us know and we will delete it.
When Navega builds or runs a system for a company, that operation's data follows rules set in the contract: each company is kept isolated from the others, with its own folder, database, and credentials.
Navega does not have its own AI server. When a solution uses artificial intelligence, it runs on third-party AI services, APIs, or plans, usually the client company's own AI account. The providers used, the costs, and the data flow are defined and disclosed before implementation.
Terms of use
A company website: it explains what Navega does and lets you leave your contact information or use the calculator. It is not a store, it does not process payments, and it has no client login area.
The scope and investment for each project are presented in a written proposal that you approve before the build begins. The content of the blog and the calculator is informational and meant as support; it does not replace a review by your accountant or legal or tax advice.
Navega does not promise to cut costs by X% or increase profit by Y%. The result depends on your operation and your decisions. The tools on the website, including the calculator, support decision-making and use the data you provide.
Navega works to keep the website online, but it depends on third parties and may go offline for maintenance without notice. Texts, brand, logo, and images belong to Navega Inovação em Tecnologia Ltda (Navega Inovação em Tecnologia). Quoting an excerpt with a link to the source is welcome; copying an entire page or using the brand to pose as Navega is not.
If these terms or the privacy policy change, the "last updated" date at the top changes too. The version published here is the one that applies. These rules are governed by Brazilian law.
